I have been picketing with my staff for 3 days now and am overwhelmed by the support we have received from both the students and the community. Despite what the has been portrayed in the media, this is not about money. This is about a proposed evaluation system that's subjective language leave staff vulnerable to involuntary transfer and displacement. For more information click here.

My only question: why did this take so long? Couldn't you guys have been striking circa 1993-1997 (while I was in high school). Stay Strong! You shall overcome! you shall overcome!
