Michael's school went on a field trip to his classmate's house yesterday.
I'm going to start off by saying they had chickens. Lots of chickens.
The poor things were terrorized by 18 3-4 year olds for 3 hours. One even laid an egg out of fear. True story.
They had little rescue pups
and...
and...
horses,
and of course...
and of course...
CHICKENS!!!!
All the kids wrapped an egg up at home to participate in an egg drop.
When we were getting ready to go I asked Michael what he needed to wrap his egg in. His response was bubble wrap.
Say what!?!?
How do you know what bubble wrap is and more importantly how to use it???
Anywho, we didn't have bubble wrap but his egg didn't break.
Mini tractor rides.
Big tractor rides.
Love all the little boots lined up.
Finished with an egg hunt.
Such a fun day.
And yes, I once again did try to convince Mike that we need chickens.
I also tried to smuggle this one home.

Sweet field trip/classmate's house.
Honestly chickens kinda scare me. I envision them peaking out my eyes. You are one brave chicken lover.
What a fun field trip, Brayden's teacher keeps taken him to Garden's. SERIOUSLY! Next week we get to go to the Rose Garden's at Point Defiance. Whats wrong with the zoo??
Whats up with Noah sporting the little red riding hood look? Was he convinced it was going to rain or was he hiding out from the chickens?
Great post, Sarah! That looked like a fun field trip.
Tractor rides look awesome! Though, probably not so much fun when Kevin Bacon is driving. (Olen: I know Footloose is bit before your time, but still your fave.)
