We did something crazy today.
Something I normally wouldn't dream of doing.
We took 2 kids to University Village on December 23rd and it was literally the best day ever.
Both Michael and Colin were on their best behaviour and couldn't get enough of the shopping and people watching. Michael kept on reminding us that he didn't want to go home and Colin just made googly eyes at all the ladies who walked by.
Loving the fountain.
Making a wish.
Making funny faces in the shinny bowls.
Michael was Pa's boy today. He wouldn't leave his side for a minute. I think Pa liked it.
We spent an hour and a half at lunch and didn't feel rushed once.
-Michael colored and played with his new lizards.
-Colin ate banana and had a little milk break in the handicap stall in the bathroom.
-My mom and I caught up with our old friend Kendall Jackson.
Note to self: Never breastfeed a almost 7 month old standing up in a public restroom stall at the Ram again.
Michael asked Pa to buy him the Earth.
He is now the proud owner of a pretty trendy black globe.
He was really using his best material today.
He walked up to all the mannequins and introduced himself while shaking their hands.
We now have all of our shopping done, but I still need to wrap.
P.S. Mike is the king of Internet shopping, I literally just have to sit back and wait for the packages to arrive.
Continuing the best day ever...I just got back from getting my hair done and found this.
Now if this isn't the cutest thing ever, I don't know what is.
Happy Holidays!

So jealous of your day! Next year maybe we can join you for this tradition:)
What a fun day! I was the cranky shopper that should have stayed home. Love the picture of your dad and Michael holding hands. And what's in those super cute white boxes with the blue artwork?
You deserved a Christmas miracle this year! Good on ya'!
Katie- the boxes are from The Land of Nod. The just have some books in them... Nothing exciting:)
