What's that you said?

You have been looking for a super easy macaroni and cheese recipe that doesn't require you to stand over the stove making a Bechamel sauce?

Well look no further my friends. I have for you the world's easiest macaroni and cheese.

Get this, you don't even have to cook anything! You just whisk all the ingredients together and pop it in the oven. No joke.

Easy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

Directions

1. Heat an oven to 375 degrees.

2. Butter a baking dish.

3. Take out your blender. Yes you heard me right, your blender.

4. Add the cottage cheese, dried mustard, salt and pepper to the blender and mix until the cheese isn't clumpy.

5. Add milk to the cheese mixture and blend.

6. Pour the milk/cheese mixture into the baking dish, add the macaroni (UNCOOKED) and all but 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until mixed well.

7. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and return to the oven uncovered. Bake for another 30 minutes.

8. Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.

Liz- You know I am going to pop in Mike's office one day and see that he chose the macaroni as his screen saver...and his wallpaper.
