Just wanted to give a shout out to Trader Joe's Pumpkin Bread. In the past when I have felt like some good ol' pumpkin bread, I would have to drive to the nearest patch, select a pumpkin, go home, scoop the insides out, make the pumpkin filling, yada yada yada. Sike (by the way, who says, "sike" anymore?) Anywho, for those who LOVE pumpkin bread, but don't want to go through all of the halabaloo of making it from scratch, I highly recommend trying the Trader Joe's mix.

Yum! I'm making pumpkin bread tonight too and am wishing I would have gone this route.
