and not that I have ever bought crack, so I don't really know its "street value" but I'm pretty sure our new battery habit is getting just as expensive. My friend Jessie was nice enough to let us borrow her swing that goes side to side. She said it was the only thing that would keep her kids asleep. Boy was she right. Colin will sleep in there for hours at a time. The only downfall is it takes 4 D batteries to run and we were going through an average of 8 a week (I have since cut back by not using the music feature, we are now using 4 a week so we don't go into foreclosure). I have sent Mike out at all hours of the night to the local gas station to get our fix. I went to the same store last Sunday to find out that we have bought out their entire supply of double D's (they sell them in 2 packs and I really wanted to say double D's). Any who, you can imagine my excitement when my mom called from Costco today to see if I wanted her to pick up a couple 12 packs of D batteries! After crunching the numbers, I think it is safe to say we are good on batteries until Colin is 5.

As Creed from The Office once said, "Swing low sweet chariot."
