Smachos
We had some friends over for the fight last Saturday. I wish I took more pictures of the night, but am thrilled that I got this gem. This is Jordan making "Smachos." Correct me if I'm wrong Jordan, but I believe its a cross between smores and nachos.

Ahhhh Man!!!! I totally missed out...I LOVE smachos...CRAP!!!!
I believe he said smachos would've been perfected if you only had some chocolate chips to sprinkle on top....
Great party Welch's. I think Will had the best night of his life. And for the record, I did ask Chris nicely to leave (sorry Sarah, Doug sold you guys out to Chris at lunch today :) Hope we're invited to the next ladderball tourney even though our exit wasn't so smooth :)
Malia- Of course you guys are invited to the next one, that was the best exit of the night! And for the record, if I was 9 months pregnant with a 2 year old on my hip at 10:30 at night, my exit would be much worse:)
Justine- I totally had chocolate chips too...crap.

I'm still working out a perfected recipe for Smachos (which is a registered trademark of the Jordan Corporation) and I will share when available.
Oh gotta go, Lisa just asked me nicely to do the dishes.
